   Hi,

   I restarted the software protection services but issue is still there. Kindly suggest next course of action.

   hi, sorry but can you explain it in very simple terms how to fix the problem. I don’t now what software protection is and where to find it and re-start it?

      Hello, Software Protection runs as a windows service. You will need to get into Services.MSC console to see the running services. Open run command and type “services.msc” and hit enter. Once the console opens, look for the software protection service. If you are having this issue, it is most probably that the software protection service is not running or in stopping state. If not running, start the service or if in stopping state, restart the computer and then attempt to start the service.
